Hours: 10.85 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

We have 1 part time vacancy currently placed in Key Stage 1 working afternoons.
What we are looking for:
Ideally experience in working with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Numerate and with good standards of spoken and written English

This is a fixed term contract for 2 terms (up to end of Summer term 2026) to support children with SEND.

If you need to pick up a few more hours of work each week, you could consider applying to become a crossing patrol officer, and combine this with another part time role in the school, such as MTA or TA.

Patrols work for five hours per week during the school term.

These hours are 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the afternoon, around school start and finish times.

Patrols are paid 38 weeks for term time, and also an element of annual leave, bank holidays and a half pay “retainer” (approx £600 per year) for the school holidays.
