Withycombe Raleigh Primary School is a popular, large and successful coastal town primary school with excellent resources and a highly regarded team of teaching and non-teaching staff.

If you need to pick up a few more hours of work each week, you could consider applying to become a crossing patrol officer, and combine this with another part time role in the school, such as MTA or TA. 

  • Patrols work for five hours per week during the school term.

  • These hours are 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the afternoon, around school start and finish times.

  • Patrols are paid 38 weeks for term time, and also an element of annual leave, bank holidays and a half pay “retainer” (approx £600 per year) for the school holidays.
