Welcome to the PTFA

The Parent, Teacher & Friends Association (PTFA) brings together parents, carers, staff and friends of the school to support our pupils and school community.

We organise events, fundraising activities and volunteering opportunities throughout the year. Funds raised help provide extra resources, equipment and experiences for our children, while also bringing families together and strengthening our school community.

The PTFA is about more than fundraising. It helps build strong links between home and school, offering opportunities to meet new people, share ideas and get involved in school life.

Whether you can volunteer regularly, help occasionally, attend events or simply share your ideas, every contribution makes a difference.

We encourage everyone in our school community to attend PTFA meetings, find out about upcoming activities and help shape future plans. Meeting dates are advertised via our Facebook page and school communications.

Next meeting: Thursday 1st October, 7:15pm.

Location: School Meeting Room

A Message from the Chair

Hello Withycombe,

I'm delighted to introduce myself as the new chair of our PTFA, I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in and working alongside the school, parents, carers and our wonderful current PTFA volunteers to help make a positive difference for our children.

The PTFA is all about bringing our school community together, supporting the school and of course creating fun memories along the way.

There are lots of exciting ideas for the year ahead, and I am looking forward to building on the fantastic work that has already been done.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the PTFA so far - whether that be through volunteering, attending events, donating or simply sharing our Facebook posts. Every bit of support makes a real difference.

Here's to a wonderful year ahead. I am truly looking forward to making it a special one for our school community.

Thank you for your support

Georgia Hawkins, PTFA Chair
