General Club Information

Costs: External club fees are set by the providers.
Some clubs are run voluntarily by teachers and require just a nominal admin fee to reserve a place.
All clubs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and places are limited.

Attendance and safeguarding: If your child signs up to a club they will be added to the register which is taken at each session.

If your child is not able to attend on the day please telephone us before the session starts, otherwise we can't be sure that your child hasn't left the premises without your permission. If your child is expected, and doesn't attend, we will contact you by phone to check that they have been collected safely, or that you are aware of their arrangements.

We always have qualified first-aiders in attendance.

Should the weather be bad: We may be unable to go ahead with some of the outdoor clubs. We try not to cancel for drizzle, but heavy rain or waterlogged outdoor spaces may make this necessary. If this is the case we will contact you before lunchtime on the day to let you know, and we would ask you to collect children at the end of the school day as usual.

For sports clubs: Children should come with their PE kit/sportswear, sensible trainers, a water bottle, and a warm top to wear afterwards.

Please label everything!

Although these clubs are less formal than the school day, we do expect the usual high standards of behaviour at after school clubs please.
